Book-to-Business Strategy Intake

Thank you for taking the time to complete this intake.

You are not expected to have your book-to-business strategy, reader pathway, marketing, or next steps figured out yet. That is part of the work we'll do together.

Your answers will give me the context I need to understand your book, business, audience, existing assets, and what you want the book to make possible.

I'll also use them to focus my research on the audience and market signals most relevant to the decisions we're trying to make. This isn't a comprehensive market study. The goal is to gather enough useful evidence to make better-informed recommendations about what deserves your attention next.

Please answer based on what you know and believe today. If you're unsure about something, it's perfectly fine to say so rather than trying to find the "right" answer.

Estimated completion time: 15–20 minutes, plus providing access to your book or manuscript.

Section 1

About You

Section 2

Your Book

If you're unsure, a simple description is fine. You do not need to know the formal publishing category.

For example, an upcoming publication deadline, restrictions on changing the manuscript, publisher requirements, unfinished production work, or another circumstance that may affect what is realistic.

Section 3

Your Business

This might include consulting, coaching, professional services, programs, workshops, speaking, courses, memberships, products, education, advisory work, or something else.

You do not need to list everything. I'm most interested in what you currently want to grow, strengthen, or support.

Section 4

The Reader-to-Business Pathway

It's completely fine if the answer is "I don't know." Determining that is part of the strategy.

Section 5

What Already Exists

This might include your website, book page, primary offer, newsletter, reader resource, speaking page, workshop or program, social profile, or other relevant material. You do not need to send me everything you have. Please prioritize what seems most relevant to the book and the decision we're trying to make.

Section 6

What We're Trying to Learn

What questions keep coming up when you think about connecting this book to your larger business?

Don't worry about proving anything. I'm interested in what you've been noticing.

You do not need to research these for me. Just share anything that immediately comes to mind.

For example: what readers should do next, what resource might be useful, how the book should connect to an offer, what deserves attention first, or something else entirely.

Section 7

Real-World Constraints

You do not need to have exact answers. I want the recommendations we develop to fit the way you actually want to work — not create another list of things you're "supposed to" be doing.

Section 8

Book / Manuscript + Materials

If the book is published, please provide a PDF or ebook copy if available. If it is still in progress, please provide the most current version. If you cannot provide a file here, you may send it directly to Ronda by email after submitting this form.
